A Separation Agreement is a way of formalising the breakdown of a relationship where there may be financial issues to address.
A Separation Agreement can include wide ranging provisions from financial arrangements to child contact.
It can be drafted to suit your particular circumstances although in the event of future disputes, the Court retains the power to make Orders that can differ from what was previously agreed. However, it remains that a Separation Agreement is a useful means by which to record arrangements agreed by a couple in a legal document.
