Qucik Divorce

You often see reference in the newspapers to couples who have apparently undergone a divorce which are uncontested, a "quickie Divorce".

In theory a quick divorce should be possible where here are no children or financial issues to resolve.  Typically, the process will take around 6 months.  However, where a divorce is contested or there are issues surrounding the children or finances, then it may take longer to resolve.
